The gluten free diet is a diet that eliminates most cereals. It is recommended for people who have celiac disease or who have gluten intolerance. For other people, a gluten free diet can be bad for your health.

The benefits and risks of a gluten free diet need to be carefully weighed, especially if the person starting this new diet does not really need to restrict their gluten intake.

What I think about the gluten free diet

There are two scenarios to consider.
