When winter comes to a head, it is inevitable to experience certain cold symptoms that prevent us from doing our normal daily activities.
We feel so tired that we only want to stay in bed.
When the climate is cold, our immune system weakens , and we generally suffer from flu , colds, coughs and muscle aches, among others.
For all that we have said before, it is important to be well prepared to face the cold days, and adopt a healthy routine that will allow us to feel strong about any health problems that may arise as a consequence of low temperatures.
Professor Ron Eccles of the Common Cold Control Center at Cardiff University (UK) has developed a method to avoid cold symptoms caused by a cold climate and defeat them in just 24 hours .
07:00 – Take a hot shower
If because of the cold climate, you have pain in the joints or headaches, a hot shower will allow you to start the day well.
Hot water helps to relax and the steam helps clear the paranasal sinusesto avoid congestion and problems like sinusitis.
08:00 – A healthy breakfast
A good diet is essential to recover cold symptoms.
The breakfast is one of the keys to start the day and fight cold symptoms.

Another great option is breakfast a vegetable broth or chicken.
10:00 am – One inhalation

20:00 – A relaxing bath
At the end of the day, your muscles are very likely to be tired and sore due to the cold weather.
To sleep well and relax your muscles, the ideal is to take a bath of hot water between one to two hours to go to bed .
